You can Return your products for a full refund (or percentage equivalent to the amount returned) up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped. As our hassle free policy suggests, your return will be accepted with no questions asked. Simply call, email or join a live chat to obtain authorization to return your products. You will be given the address for the returns depot and your return postage will be paid up to $9.95 USD.

All prescription returns are destroyed in compliance with FDA, Health regulations. If your prescription order was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.
Q. What is our Cancellation Policy?
Please place orders cautiously. Once the orders are placed by the customers on our website and the payment is made, we assign the orders to be dispensed by our pharmacy. Hence we cannot cancel the orders once they have been received and confirmed by the customer. Thus customers cannot cancel the order once it has been placed.
Q. What is our Refund Policy?
As long as you have provided the correct delivery address, if your order does not arrive at all we will offer to re-ship or apply a credit for the full amount to your credit card, whichever you choose.
