Do not use Protopic if you are allergic to it.

Inform your doctor beforehand if you have any kind of skin cancer or infection, any genetic disorder, weak immune system, kidney disease, swelling, redness, irritation.

Do not bathe, shower, or swim right after applying Protopic as water can wash away the ointment.

This medicine is not for long-term use. Stop using it as soon as your skin gets cleared.

Store tacrolimus at room temperature. Keep the ointment tube tightly closed when not in use.
