To all our Valuable Customers.

We wish for every-bodies safety and our hearts and prayers go out to everyone in this world. 

As you are all aware of the current scenario around COVID-19 and the impact of the situation on the supply chains, flight operations it has caused the world over, our operations are also impacted mainly as under:

1. Shipping Time: Due to COVID-19, The Government of the origin country from where our contracted pharmacy ships from have decided to cut flights and shut down their air space for international flight services for 21 days from 24th march onwards. As a result, we may not be able to ship your orders till April 14th, 2020. Please factor this delay at the time of placing your order, if the situation improves we will try to ship sooner. The average delivery time which was earlier, 7-15 working days will currently be 7-28 working days from April 14th onwards. This delay will also apply to orders which were already paid or shipped recently.

2. Customer Service: We are fully operational but during this time our Phone, Chat, Email support executives would have limited information of your order due to shipping restrictions.

3. Refunds: Need to cancel your order? Request a refund and we’ll credit the amount in the form of a VOUCHER that’s valid for 1 year.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in this testing time, and hope that we all come out stronger and better than before, once this situation subsides.
