Based on my experience, this is one of the best medications for NSCLC. It is so much better than IV chemotherapy, with so many fewer side effects that it doesn’t feel much at all and is tolerable. Recent X-rays have revealed that the masses are almost clear, and I’m really positive about it.

I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and following tests was put on Iressa. I can only say that I feel fantastic with only minimal side effects.

I was taking Gefitinib 250mg for the last 7 months and my Tumour which was 8.5cms in size has now shrunk to 4.4 cms. I am thankful to my doctor who prescribed me this medication. I will continue taking this medicine.

My experience with Gefitinib has been pretty good, its side effects were lesser than the chemotherapy. After taking Gefitinib for a year, each scan thereafter showed slow but detectable improvements. I have been asked to continue Gefitinib for further better results.
